Every home at Ashley Lofts has its own full-size washer and dryer, built in under the kitchen counter. Not a shared laundry room, not a stackable in a closet, not a hookup you supply. For a studio downtown, that is not a given.

What is in every home

A full-size washer and dryer, built in under the granite counter. A galley kitchen with a deep stainless sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. A full bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Wood-look plank flooring, a ceiling fan and a wall heating and cooling unit. There is no oven, so plan on countertop cooking.

Homes at Ashley Lofts are studio lofts of about 320 square feet, built inside a single steel shipping container, each with a full-size washer and dryer, granite counters and a tiled walk-in shower. The availability page lists the current rent for every open home.
