How to apply at Ashley Lofts

Three steps: see a loft, pick one, apply online. The fees and the monthly charges are listed here in full so there is nothing to discover at the end.

The steps

  1. Tour. Use the chat in the corner of any page, call or text (904) 820-2193, or open any home on the availability page and use its showing link. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00.
  2. Pick a loft. Every open home is listed live with its rent and availability, each with its own page.
  3. Apply online from that home's page. The application lays out the screening standards it uses.

We check each applicant on credit, background, income and rental history. Those standards come with the application, and the leasing office at (904) 820-2193 can walk you through them before you apply.

Fees and deposit

  • Application fee: $65 per applicant
  • Administrative fee: $150 at move-in
  • Security deposit: equal to one month's rent
  • Lease terms: from 12 to 36 months
  • Pets: registered and approved through an independent screening; $25 per month per pet plus a one-time non-refundable $250 pet fee

Rent is set per home and shown live on the availability page.

Monthly charges besides rent

  • Water and sewer: $35 per month
  • Resident benefits package: $35 per month
  • Pest control: $5 per month

Electric and internet are set up by you, directly with the provider. Rent is paid and maintenance is requested through the resident portal.
